Cool! Congratulations! I can’t wait to see them (which reminds me, I need to make a hair appointment). I just read about a hotel in Paris that displays guests’ art in the lobby–the guidebook recommended bringing photos of your work. How fun would that be?

Let’s go to Paris! That sounds like a perfect excuse, although it’d be a challenge if they actually wanted me to ship these sculptures over there.
Here in SF, we recently went to the Hotel des Arts down on Bush & Grant. I don’t think they feature guest art, but it is a hotel/gallery, with pieces hanging in the hallways on each floor. Apparently they also have guest rooms painted by different local artists. It’s pretty cool – worth checking out until we can make it to Paris.
